Guided Family Services
Helping Families Navigate Life's Transitions.
We provide respectful, safe, and structured supervised visitation and exchange services for families navigating difficult transitions.
Whether you are a parent seeking a supportive environment for your child, or a professional looking for a credible resource, we are here to help.
Our Services
Services structured around the family, not the process. Each offering is designed for a specific chapter of transition, prioritizing the outcome over the procedure.
Supervised Visits
A trained professional is present throughout every moment of contact, ensuring safety while preserving the bond between parent and child. Each visit becomes a foundation for trust that outlasts the transition itself.
Supervised Exchanges
We coordinate the safe transfer of children between households so that conflict never touches the child. A calm, structured handoff protects the emotional space families need to move forward.
Monitored Parenting Time
Observation and documentation of parenting time with a lighter touch than full supervision. Families gain accountability and clarity while retaining the freedom to parent authentically.
Virtual Family Time
Secure, guided video contact that keeps families connected across distance or circumstance. Technology becomes a bridge, not a barrier, to meaningful presence.
Family Transition Support
Holistic guidance through the emotional and logistical terrain of separation, reunification, and reorganization. We help families find steady ground when everything feels in motion.
Affordable & Accessible Services
Guided Family Services is committed to making supervised visitation and family support services accessible whenever possible. A limited sliding fee scale may be available based on household income and financial need. Please contact us to discuss your family's situation.
A Guided Beginning, Not a Form to Fill Out.
We've structured intake as a calm, professional onboarding, so the first step feels like the start of support, not another task.

Her career has focused on bringing people, systems, and resources together to help families navigate complex challenges with dignity, compassion, and practical support. These experiences shape the way she approaches every family interaction at Guided Family Services, with an emphasis on respect, healthy relationships, safety, consistency, and the understanding that family transitions can be challenging for both children and adults. Through Guided Family Services, Kathleen is committed to providing professional, child-centered supervised visitation and exchange services that are safe, respectful, and supportive of healthy family connections. Her goal is not simply to supervise visits, but to create a structured experience where children can feel secure, families can move through difficult transitions with greater support, and every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
